Greetings to all homeowners,

We hope you're doing well. In April, there are three important events—beyond taxes, of course!

1.Parking Vote: We have asked each of you to vote on a state-required initiative regarding Arizona HOAs' ability to regulate parking on community streets. A notice has been sent to the email address on record.
2.Spring Social: We have finalized the date and location for our spring social gathering.
3.Quarterly Board Meeting: The meeting will be held at 7253 E Maverick Road on April 7, 2025, at 5:30 PM.

1 - Parking Initiative
Santo Tomas has rules regulating parking on our community’s streets, requiring a member vote to determine whether these rules should continue. These regulations are essential for maintaining the clean, safe, and well-kept appearance of Santo Tomas while preventing excessive congestion. I strongly encourage you to vote “YES” by April 7, 2025, to preserve the HOA’s ability to regulate parking as outlined in our founding documents.
If the City of Scottsdale takes control, parking will follow their regulations, allowing vehicles from other neighborhoods, residents, and even commercial vehicles to park on our streets. If you like the current system, vote YES—otherwise, we will be at the mercy of Scottsdale’s rules, which could lead to increased congestion, safety concerns, and a decline in our neighborhood’s overall appearance.

2 - Spring Social
We have reserved some space at Crust Simply Italian Pizza, (8300 Hayden Rd, Scottsdale) on April 27, 2025, from 2 to 5 PM.
Join us for a fun community social—a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and enjoy some good food. Residents are welcome, and let’s break the budget on pizzas! 🍕😃 We look forward to seeing you there!

3 - Quarterly Board Meeting
The Board meeting is open to all members and will cover discussions related to regulatory HOA responsibilities, ongoing business, and future plans. You are welcome to attend and participate.
