The Santo Tomas HOA Board has asked that all homeowners receive a copy of the attached Draft of the new “Short Term Rental” section of the Community Rules and Regulations. Please read through this document and if there are any questions or comments that need to be returned to the Board please reply, in writing, no later than Friday September 24th, 2021.
